start dieting... again

had my first meal at 5.20pm

4 egg whites
1/2 green bell pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
1 tomato
1 tbsp Heinz chunky salsa
6 pieces of sliced turnips
4 packets Macdonald's black pepper

all mixed and stir-fry (without oil) together

Procrastination

Hunger and Pain

Everything I want to be, I am, only buried under a layer of fat.
Thou shall not eat fattening foods without punishing oneself afterwards.
For me, foods only interest lies in how little I need, how strong I am, how well I can resist each bite. Achieving another small victory of the will. Each gain makes me stronger, purer, larger in my exercises of power, until eventually I see no reason to eat at all.
There will be long, lean days ahead... Desire can be quelled by a single act of will.
